Questions we get asked
Website questions
WordPress or custom code?
WordPress when content changes often and you want to edit everything yourself. Custom code when the site has to do something specific, like a booking engine or a portal. We recommend one at the planning call and explain the trade-off in plain terms.
Do you write the content?
We can. Otherwise we load what you give us and tell you where the gaps are. Either way you are not left with a template full of sample text.
Who owns the hosting?
You do. Accounts are created in your name and we work as a user on them. If you ever move on, you keep everything and nothing needs rebuilding.
What happens after launch?
Most clients move onto a maintenance plan for updates, backups, monitoring, and small changes. It is optional and month to month, and we will still answer questions if you do not take it.
