The brief
A brand that works on a cup and a screen
Crystie’s opened with a name, a room, and no visual identity. They needed signage, packaging, and a site ready before the doors opened, all consistent enough that customers recognise the place online.
What we did
Designed the wordmark, colour palette, and a warm paper texture used across print and web
Produced cup sleeves, takeaway menus, table cards, and window signage as print-ready files
Designed and built the website with the menu, story, and an online ordering flow
Set up a beans shop section and the social templates the team posts weekly
Result
What changed after launch
Open with a finished brand
Signage, packaging, and the site launched together instead of arriving piecemeal over six months.
Staff can post without us
Editable templates mean daily specials look like the brand, not like a stock graphic.
Ordering from day one
Online orders were live at opening, so the counter was not the only sales channel.

Want something like this?
Opening a new place is the easiest time to get the brand right. Identity and site together takes about six weeks.
