A neighbourhood coffee shop that needed three things answered fast: what is on the menu, can I book a table, and can you cater my office.

The brief
Three questions, one screen
The old site was a single scrolling page with the menu as a photo. Reservations went through a third-party widget nobody could find, and catering enquiries arrived through Instagram messages that got missed.
What we did
Ran a short flow exercise with the owner to rank the three jobs the site has to do
Designed a hero with the room photo plus hours, address, and a book button
Built a text menu that is searchable and readable by screen readers
Gave catering its own page with a proper enquiry form and a lead time note
Result
What changed after launch
Catering enquiries in one inbox
Requests arrive with date, headcount, and budget instead of a direct message with no details.
Menu edits in minutes
Prices change in a text field, not a design file, so the menu is never out of date.
Bookings that work on a phone
The reservation step is two taps from the homepage on mobile.
Flow and screen design.

Want something like this?
If your site has three jobs and does none of them well, the fix is usually design work before code.
