The brief
One portal instead of six spreadsheets
Colleges were running admissions on paper forms, fees in a bank ledger, and results in spreadsheets emailed between staff. Students queued at the office for a transcript that took two weeks to produce.
What we did
- Mapped the real process with registrars, bursars, and lecturers before designing anything
- Designed the student, lecturer, and admin dashboards and tested them with staff
- Built the platform with role permissions matched to actual job titles and a full audit trail
- Imported existing student records, then wrote the training material and ran the sessions
- Built the marketing site that sells the platform to new colleges
