The brief
A shop counter that works after closing
Everything was in a paper ledger and a phone. Customers drove across town to ask whether an item was in stock, and the printing service was word of mouth only.
What we did
Built a product catalogue with categories, search, and a simple cart
Entered the first three hundred products and trained two staff on adding more
Created a document printing page with file upload and a price list
Added a callback request that reaches staff on the shop floor during opening hours
Result
What changed after launch
Stock questions answered online
Customers check availability before travelling, and staff spend less of the day on the phone.
Printing became a real service line
The page gives it a price list and a way to send files ahead of collection.
Ads have somewhere to land
Product pages give paid campaigns a destination that converts instead of a homepage.
Catalogue and admin build.

Want something like this?
Retail with a real counter needs an online catalogue, not a full ecommerce rebuild. We scope it to what your staff can keep current.
